The rental installation cost is £2495.00 and then a small monthly rental fee listed below.
Mains connection and Part P certification are included within 7 days of the studio installation by our electrician, so no worries about that.
We keep things very simple for you to have a professional office in your back garden.
PLEASE NOTE…
The maximum distance we will install a rental studio is 160 miles from our workshop at NN18 8AN.
This covers all of London and as far as Brighton on the south coast.
The weekly/monthly rental costs are…
8′ x 8′ (2440mm x 2440mm) – £36.92 inc VAT per week – This is £160.00 per month inc VAT.
12′ x 8′ (3660mm x 2440mm) – £46.15 inc VAT per week – This is £200.00 per month inc VAT.
16′ x 8′ (4880mm x 2440mm) – £55.38 inc VAT per week – This is £240.00 per month inc VAT.
20′ x 8′ (6100mm x 2440mm) – £64.62 inc VAT per week – This is £280.00 per month inc VAT.
Rental of the QCB garden office is available in 4 internal sizes…
8′ x 8′ (which requires a space in your garden of 9ft 6in x 9ft 6in).
12′ x 8′ (which requires a space of 13ft’ 6in x 9ft 6in).
16′ x 8′ (which requires a space of 17ft 6in x 9ft 6in).
20′ x 8′ (which requires a space of 21ft 6in x 9ft 6in).
If you want to end the rental anytime (after 6 months) then returning the garden office is free.
If you return the garden office within the 6 month period, then a recovery fee of £1475 would apply.
There is also an option to buy your rental garden office – the installation charge would be deducted, but any rent already paid and the cost of mains installation wouldn’t be deducted.

First of all the guys were absolutely brilliant fitting my studio together, really professional and helpful, couldn’t fault them. They worked really hard.
What lovely lads. I LOVE my studio. It looks great.
